Modules only:

ASL14 (Oblong) is the current version for wireless SleepPhones

ASL10 is for Effortless only and requires the Effortless charging base

USB Cable:

Replacement Micro USB to USB 2.0 cable for charging wireless modules

All come with the same 1 year warranty as your original SleepPhones. Please note that these do not come with the SleepPhones headband.


SleepPhone® Effortless Charging Base:

If you ever lose your SleepPhones® Effortless™ charging base, you can easily replace it with this standalone charging base. The SleepPhones® Effortless™ charging base (ASL07) is ONLY compatible with the Effortless Module (ASL10). If you intend to induction charge your SleepPhones® Effortless™, you will need both parts.

SleepPhone® Wireless, Simple, and ASMR Edition modules do not work with SleepPhones® Effortless™ Charging Base.

Please note that this charging base does not come with the SleepPhones® headband or speakers. This is a replacement part.

Easy repairs

Really pleased to have found a company that allow you to replace the broken parts without having to replace everything else. The repair was quick and easy. Here's hoping for another 5 years of regular use before I need any more spare parts!

Not received- Ignored emails

Order a replacement part after the Bluetooth wireless module in my existing pair developed a fault and became swollen. Never received order. Phone number on site doesn't offer support for the company anymore it seems and emails unanswered. Disputed transaction with bank was only recourse. Repeat customer lost.

Assumed that I would need to purchase a complete replacement because the cables had warn. Delighted to find that I could purchase the bits required to repair the problem. Very happy with this level of service. Others should follow suit.

Your sleepphones are great but I found your website difficult to navigate because items are bunched together. I bought a new battery which seems to be called a module, not a battery. I wasn’t sure if I’d bought what I needed. I haven’t used the new one yet because my other two are charging ok now when previously I’d thought they were at end of life. Please improve the website!

I love the product. However I am disappointed with the customer support. I have had to replace mine three times each failure having the same fault. I understand that the last ones I bought were out of the 12 month warranty. But did expect some kind of goodwill gesture instead of just being told they were out of warranty and I needed to buy another one

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

 

Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
