I have had cheap ones from Amazon, but was keen to try these as they were slim and lighter. I got the right size. I have found them uncomfortable. I side sleep and I find the speaker hurts the ear I lie on. I also find the speakers and the battery/control slips all over when on my head or when taking off. So that adds to them being uncomfortable. Also it's fiddly to turn on with the controls at the back and inside the material. I end up taking them off to do this. it is also annoying to have to remove the battery to charge,The main annoyance is the components do not stay in place even though the headband fits properly . I am very disappointed to pay this much and end up using my cheap ones that dont have these issues. It was so nice to put them on and not have the hassle. And at a fifth of the price of sleep phones, Wish id never bought them . £100 wasted .

To charge the phone you have to pull the device apart and then reassemble it. Yet the quality is no better than other sleep headphones that are a quarter of the price. Don’t waste your money

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

 

Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
