      Good product with small caveats

      I bought this as I recently moved to a flat in London near a busy road, and wasn't sleeping particularly well. Overall the product definitely helps - I currently wear earplugs and play white noise through this headband, which more or less blocks out the traffic noise and reduces me waking up randomly in the night so much. The audio quality is also good (even though I don't really use it for music), and the wire is long enough not to be a problem.

      The notable small problems are that the speakers aren't very comfortable to lie on, so sometimes you might wake up with sore ears if you are a side sleeper. The speakers themselves can move a bit too so that they're not on your ears anymore and you have to readjust. Of course these are difficult issues for the manufacturer to work around but worth noting, and is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. Overall though a very solid product and happy for the price.

      Good

      This is my third pair. Previous pairs needed replacing as the wire around the jack / plug was worn, giving an intermittent / crackling connection, even though I had looked after them very carefully. Very comfortable for sleeping.

      Not very durable

      I go through about 3 pairs of these a year. I appreciate they get knocked about a bit but would expect them to last lobger. They do have the most comfortable speakers if all alternatives

      Does the job!

      Very good. Their performance is spot on, though the adjustment of the speakers is fiddly. It needs someone thinking outside the box to come up with a way of centring them over your ears and keeping them there between wearings.

      Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

       

      Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
      Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
      Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
