Difficult to adjust

I have found that after 10/15 minutes trying to get the speakers over my ears so I can actually HEAR anything, I give up and don’t wear them at all. Also, as someone with some hearing loss, this is exacerbated because the volume does not get loud enough even if I DO manage to place the speakers. Very disappointing at such cost!!

I wouldn’t risk it

Bought these headphones and initially they were alright however the battery was clearly defective as it became swollen after a year (unfortunately I can’t add photos to this review).

I contacted customer service and they told me that (conveniently) it was just after their one year warranty expired, instead they tried to get me to purchase a replacement.

Considering I was lucky enough to catch it before it potentially caught fire I’m not impressed with their customer service. Especially for a device you wear on your head.

I wouldn’t risk it again.

Bluetooth issues

These were a present for my wife who really enjoys them (which is why it was two not one star) however, they are no longer pairing with any bluetooth device and after performing all the reset instructions, checks and basic fault finding the customer services department are still asking us to perform tasks on a U/S piece of kit. the default position is that we would like a replacement and to chalk it up to a faulty chipset that passed the burn in test but if we don't start getting treated like intelligent adults it will be a request for full refund and no confidence in your product. I am aware that this review can cause significant repetitional damage and I do not wish to be the case as the product should be great, but our experience so far isn't.

So so

The product is comfortable but the speakers move freely and frequently within the headband and are difficult to rearrange through the material. The sound quality of the speakers is also poor. They’re suitable for listening to a voice at a normal spoken volume with some clipping and distortion, but struggle with quiet voices and any music (particularly bass and high notes). Overall mediocre and overpriced but there are few alternatives.

Pretty basic, considering the price!

They do what they say on the tin, I guess, but there are a few problems that make them a bit of a rip off for the price, to be honest.

No adjustment on the headband means that unless you’ve got an exactly right-sized head for the band, it’ll slip off in the night. The set I bought for my fiancée does exactly that on her. Would definitely recommend buying a size smaller than you think you need!

The actual controls on the inside are pretty basic and the charging port is so snug that’s a bit of a faff to charge.

On the plus, it’s easy to set up and the sound quality is decent, providing you’ve got the earphones directly over your ears.

I’m still using them most nights because they’re paid for now at the end of the day and aren’t bad enough to warrant sending back, but I’m not sure they’re worth the better part of £100.

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material.
