I bought SleepPhones and as soon as I opened the box - this invalidates the return. This effectively means that to be eligible for a return, I would have to make my decision about the product based solely on the appearance of a sealed box — without being able to assess the item’s quality, comfort, or functionality in any way. The return policy is both unreasonable and inconsistent with fair consumer practices. Customers should have the right to inspect a product to a reasonable extent before deciding whether to keep it. Simply opening the packaging to view the item should not void the right of return, especially for a product like headphones, where factors such as build quality and fit are crucial.
I previously had a Snoozeband. When it died after two years, I decided to try a different brand.
Well. The band is inferior. It doesn’t zip shut, so the innards want to pop out. And the fabric gets quite hot.
The connection is via an ancient form of usb, not a usb-C, so forget snot swapping cables with other devices.
Lastly, all my other Bluetooth devices show their batteries on my iPhone. Not this. There is no way to tell how much battery is left. Does the battery last one night? A week? I don’t know. I charge it every time so I’m not left without it in the middle of the night.
Anyways, it works. It’s fine. But it’s not great.
Although more expensive than other brands these headphones are worth every penny. The speakers are the thinnest I’ve seen, making them far more comfortable than similar products. Would highly recommend.
I’ve had sleepPhones for about 7 years now and used them every night. I can’t sleep without them, they’re so great I’ve bought my husband a pair too. Really comfy, good battery life and simple to use.
Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material.
Extra Small/Small = 51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
