Great product - if you can get a working one.
When my wife's old sleephones gave up after many years service we ordered her some new ones.
What appeared in the post looked like a large dog had had a good chew on. They didn't work. We are awaiting a replacement.
I also ordered some for myself which were reported as shipped 12 days ago. No sign of those yet. Apparently the tracking number provided is 'invalid', so they are sending a replacement. I have been warned it may be delayed as they undertaking a 3 day stock take.
So great product, but order fulfilment could do with a little improvement,
Size Guide
Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material.
Extra Small/Small = 51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4) Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8) Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
Shipping
We endeavour to despatch orders as quickly as possible. Deliveries usually take 2/3 working days from time of order but can take up to 5 days.
All orders are despatched via a tracked service with a recognised parcel carrier.
