Very few things in life are perfect …

but sleepphones are certainly close. They have significantly enhanced my quality of life.

I was bought SleepPhones for Christmas- great idea and very happy with the technology and sound. One big issue though - it’s impossible to wear the headband over my ears. if I put the speakers over my ears, the remaining part of the band is over my eyes if I try to wear it in more traditional headband position the speakers are above my ears. I’ve tried all the advice about making them fit and even ordered a different size band in case that helped but no joy. I’m stuck with a product I can’t use.

I didn't realise how slack the old bands were until I fitted these (Always think left should be red & right green - but that's just an old sailor...)

I’ve had sleep phones since they were invented. Two sets headphones, three batteries over that time and just replaced the headband. Wouldn’t want to do without them. falling asleep to an audiobook is such a treat.

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

 

Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
